At TasteCheese we are passionate and excited to tell the world about cheese!

Cheese with character, flavour, and a story to tell.

We conduct tutored cheese tastings and cheese and wine sessions, as well as training restaurant and retail staff on handling, storage , display and selling techniques.

We can put together tastings of any size for client hospitality, education for staff, or just a lunch meeting with a difference.

Laurie is a working cheesemonger in the Yarra Valley wine region, just outside of Melbourne, having trained at the famous shop, Neals Yard Dairy, in London.
